TriYoga

TriYoga is a flowing method of yoga.  It is strengthening, graceful and deeply meditative, and even in our beginning level, Basics, it becomes like a meditative dance.  It’s like the Tai Chi of yoga!

TriYoga includes flowing sequences balanced with sustained postures, linked together by breath awareness.  We emphasize relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. 

In Basics, we start by lying on the back, and just learning to breathe through simple, safe and repetitive movements.  And this method is so systematic, so safe, and brilliantly sequenced, that before you know it, you are becoming stronger, more flexible and more calm. You are learning to relax into the flow!

And as these simple flows begin to feel even more relaxing and meditative, we add more movements that bring more challenge and strength and deepening focus, and on and on it goes, through all the levels of TriYoga!

With practice, you will feel at peace with your body, calm in your mind, and have more energy to flow through your life.
