The Basics Earth flow focuses on flows and postures that free the physical tensions in the hips to create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet and toes. Many TriYoga students feel this is our favorite Basics class, as we lie supported on the Earth through the whole sequence, focusing on breath and relaxation as we practice asana, pranayama and mudra to open the hips. And as the physical tensions release, the subtle energy begin to flow, bringing us into a deeply peaceful and joyful state.
