Welcome!

I feel so lucky that I found yoga when I was just sixteen! I practiced alone in my room with a little paperback book full of yoga knowledge and pictures of yoga poses.

In my solitary practice, I learned to turn inward. I found a new comfort in my body, and the beginnings of a trust in my own inner wisdom and uniquely unfolding path.

I feel like yoga is the thread that has woven all parts of my life together. It’s the place where I find peace, calm and joy, where I find an ever deepening connection to my truest best Self.

And I want this for all of us!

In 2002, I became certified to teach Kripalu Yoga, and began teaching in Indiana, PA. In 2005, I met Kali Ray, world-renowned yogini and founder of TriYoga. With its emphasis on breath and flow and systematic awakening, I knew that TriYoga was the practice that all of my years of personal study and practice had been guiding me toward.

My teaching is informed by 20+ years of teaching yoga, certifications in multiple levels of TriYoga®, certifications in Kripalu Yoga, studies in energy healing modalities, Energy Codes® and BodyAwake® Yoga, 20+ years of study and practice as a massage therapist, a deepening commitment and connection to Self, a trust in my inner guidance, and a deep gratitude to all my Teachers and students!
